A banana shake: ready in no time
Because a banana shake is ready in seconds, it is the ideal meal replacement for anyone who doesn’t want to spend much time preparing breakfast, lunch or dinner. To prepare a banana shake, all you do is add (vegan) milk such as soy, oat, almond and coconut milk, or yoghurt or even water, to a few scoops of Vitaminfood. A few seconds later your delicious, healthy banana shake is ready!
Ingredients of a banana shake
A banana shake contains all the vitamins and minerals you need to get through your day full of energy – just like our strawberry shake, chocolate shake and vanilla shake. The banana shake contains vitamin B12, vitamin B6, vitamin D3 and vitamin K, as well as minerals such as potassium citrate, calcium carbonate, sodium phosphate and magnesium carbonate. And that’s not all: the banana shake also contains so-called superfoods, such as ground flaxseed and maca root powder.

How many banana shakes you need a day depends on you. Keep in mind that half a scoop in combination with 250 ml (vegan) milk or water equals about 100 kcal. Every half a scoop you add, in combination with 50 ml extra milk or water, results in an additional 100 kcal.
