You decide the amount of calories in the coconut shake. Simply adjust the number of scoops of Vitaminfood to your needs. Half a scoop of Vitaminfood in combination with 250 ml (vegan) milk or water equals about 100 kcal. Each half a scoop extra, in combination with 50 ml of vegan milk or water, adds an additional 100 kcal. This way you control your kcal intake and you can calculate exactly how many coconut shakes you want to drink daily to get the nutrients you need.
